Robert Neville, President and CEO
Bob is principally responsible for the global outlook and vitality of client accounts. He is involved in all areas of account service management and brings a depth of client market know-how to his direction of shepherding the agency’s creative team. Bob has worked on several national accounts in all phases of communications, including public relations. He has made dynamic creative, marketing and communications contributions to accounts ranging from major law firms and business-to-business organizations to financial institutions.
Prior to co-founding the agency, Bob was involved in account service at Marsteller, Inc., where he worked closely with a variety of Fortune 500 accounts.
Dan Garwig, Account Supervisor
Dan has nearly 20 years of wide-ranging marketing communications and public relations experience, including six years as the director of community relations for the late United States Senator John Heinz. Dan credits his political communications and public relations experience with sharpening his marketing strategies for service-oriented businesses and clients. Dan’s thorough knowledge of government operations affords every Kröme client an insider’s perspective when a product or service requires government study or approval.
Prior to joining Kröme, Dan was a marketing communications consultant with a variety of agency-related clients, including Ketchum Public Relations.
Prior to his tenure in agency work, he was manager of communications and public relations for a national, nonprofit, educational organization based in Pittsburgh.
Shari Holderman, Account Executive
Shari brings several years of strategic planning and account service experience to her role as account executive where she services some of Kröme’s leading clients. Her abilities in advertising and marketing, and her capabilities in writing and research, make her an asset to the account services team. Prior to Kröme, Ms. Holderman worked with Wyse Advertising in Cleveland, Ohio.
Noelle Weber, Account Executive
Noelle joined the account team at Kröme following her role as marketing manager at a leading Pittsburgh architecture firm. During her tenure, she strategically planned and implemented individual marketing plans, including advertising, direct mail, and public relations, for eight of the firm’s twelve market segments. Prior to this, Noelle held other marketing positions in the architectural and advertising industries.
Michael Berger, Account Executive
Michael’s day-to-day responsibilities focus on managing the public relations programs for Kröme’s business-to-business and consumer accounts. He is accomplished with both trade and national media and holds a network of working relationships with some of the nation’s leading journalists. Michael has nearly eight years of experience in public relations and has worked with several key agencies in Florida and Pennsylvania. He is a Paul Harris Fellow member of Rotary International, and is active with the Public Relations Society of America.
Baxter Peffer, Director of Public Relations
Baxter has more than 15 years of experience in developing and implementing public relations and public affairs programs. At Kröme, he uses his talent for writing and strategic planning to further clients’ promotional and communications needs. Prior to Kröme, he worked in New York City and Washington, D.C. at The Kamber Group, Earle Palmer Brown Companies, and Henry J. Kaufman. His experiences include national media tours, product launches and strategic positioning for a litany of national and international clients.
Bob Weiss, Production Manager
Bob comes to Kröme with many years of print and graphics experience – in both the printing industry and corporate America. Included in his experience is 10 years working with the Advertising Department at Fisher Scientific where his responsibilities ranged from catalog layout to print estimating. Most recently Bob worked as a printing consultant whereby servicing clients in and around Western Pennsylvania. At Kröme, Bob handles the day-to-day production along with quality control on a wide variety of print, display, and promotional products projects. His background knowledge from estimating to final delivery ensures that Kröme’s clients get the best possible quality and value for their money.
Dave Herald, Executive Art Director
Dave brings to Kröme more than 15 years of advertising and design experience in all areas of marketing communications. Dave’s creative and flexible design approach gives life to Kröme’s clients’ creative needs, in a very compelling and highly memorable manner. Dave began his career at Ketchum Advertising, Pittsburgh, and has been designing award-winning ads and other sales and marketing materials ever since.
Prior to joining Kröme in 2001, Dave directed projects in re-branding, package design, point-of-purchase, new product launches and trade shows for clients such as Schlitz Malt Liquor and PPG Fiber Glass. He has worked with a wide range of local and national clients, including PNC Bank, Nationwide Insurance, Imation 3M, Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, H.J. Heinz, and The Pittsburgh Pirates.
Steve Robsel, Controller
Steve has extensive accounting background in the marketing and communications industry and an in-depth knowledge of financial software programming. His longevity in the industry provides Kröme with a swift and solid internal accounting capability. Steve coordinates and tracks internal cost accounting and job production billing for all Kröme projects. He manages a team of professionals responsible for client billing, budgetary controls, accounts payable, vendor working relationships and tax filings. Steve is charged with spearheading the agency’s cash flow management and all human resources initiatives.
